With over 17 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, business planning, operations, insurance services, commercial banking, financial underwriting analysis, and decision resolutions, Alex has the business consulting depth of experience needed to quickly understand an entrepreneur’s business to infrastructure the most suitable solutions to create optimal efficiencies. Alex has worked with hundreds of businesses ranging from startup businesses to established companies earning hundreds of millions a year that need help to alleviate the risks and concerns of how to expand and grow operations or develop the roadmap on how to kickstart their business the right way.
Before founding Executive Consulting of America, Inc in 2021, Alex’s career in Financial Services began in 2005 with a firm known as Retiring America, Inc. Here he worked as an Insurance Agent providing clients with their Life Insurance and Retirement Plan needs. He helped grow the company to expand from Central and Southern California to Northern California and became a Senior Managing Director overseeing three offices (Bakersfield, Downtown LA, Stockton California) with over 300 agents and representatives in his organization. After five years Alex decided to open his own firm known as Relief Options of America, Inc in 2010 with a few partners, where as CEO, he ran day-to-day operations and infrastructure of the company to provide financial services that included life Insurance and retirement plans and also offered credit repair, debt settlement, foreclosure protection, and home mortgage modification services.
In 2012 Alex decided to venture into the commercial banking industry to get more in depth in commercial lending, underwriting, and business relationship building at Wells Fargo Bank. Here he quickly rose to the Commercial Banking side of the bank where he became a Commercial Relationship Manager. Alex managed a vast number of businesses that would include industries such as: transportation, agriculture, construction, medical professionals, lawyers, CPAs, car dealerships, real estate investors, restaurant owners, hotel owners, and many other industries within the Business Banking Group and Middle Market Group for Kern County Central Valley California of Wells Fargo Bank until November 2020.
Alex earned his BA in Business Management and Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and graduated with the College of Commercial Credit Certification at Wells Fargo Bank. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Sandra B Perez
Sandra has over 10 years of administrative experience working with startups and well-established corporations. She worked in Los Angeles County with school supervisors at LAUSD and regional centers, after-school educators, doctors with Cedar-Sinai Medical Center, and a technology services company near LAX. Working with administration, she answered the phone, worked with account executives scheduling interviews, created and developed spreadsheets, and prepared meetings with executives and therapists. After she got married, she moved to Kern County in Bakersfield, CA, where she works as an Executive Associate at Executive Consulting of America, Inc. She answers the phone to setup appointments with Business Consultants or answer questions clients may have, files confidential information and documents, creates Excel spreadsheets and pipeline reports, provides customer service, prepares the presentations to business owners and managers and is a conduit to assist our Business Consultants.
Sandra has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a concentration in Music History. On her off-time she loves going to concerts and going on walks. She also volunteered at her church doing a multitude of activities, including going to the Los Angeles County Hospital and helping patients attend mass. In today’s marketplace, a company’s growth depends on working smarter, faster, and more competitively, and Sandra demonstrates these qualities by always integrating new strategies and processes to help run the company more efficiently from an operational standpoint
Michael Rivas is a Business Consultant here at Executive Consulting of America, Inc. With six years of experience in the Financial Services and Insurance industry. Michael spent the first two years in the industry with Family First Life, Inc focusing on life insurance and Mortgage protection services. He moved to Exertus Financial Partners for the past four years where he became an Expert trainer for the company and focused more on training agents how to present Retirement planning and Annuities and how to grow in the field.
Exertus gave him an opportunity to expand his knowledge beyond life insurance and retirement planning, with their Be Your Own Bank (BYOB) program which teaches clients how to Be their Own Bank and leverage their money like the banks do and help them plan for a better retirement. From a young age he was groomed for this field as his parents and many other family members have been in these financial services industry for almost 20 years. Raising his family here in Bakersfield, California with six children and Fiancé. Michael also has a background in Culinary Arts and has also studied Kinesiology and became a personal trainer and meal prep chef for about 8 years. With the passion and drive to want to help people in all aspects of their lives Michael has learned the importance of building strong customer and business relationships.

Business Development Officer
Jaime was born and raised in North California in the small town of Hollister. He Attended the local high school before going on to Gavilan Jr College in Gilroy CA, where he received his Associate degree. Jaime afterwards transitioned to Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, where he received his BA in Speech Communication focused on Persuasion Theory & Rhetoric.
Upon graduation, Jaime went on to start a very successful career in Banking & Finance for a 29-year career. Jaime obtained the opportunities to partner with companies and financial institutions such as Bank of the West, HSBC Bank, Beneficial/HFC, Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, gaining an impressive all around financial banking experiences and knowledge.
Due to his diverse and deep background Jaime has made a big impact with his consumer and business clients. With being able to assist clients in mortgage, business and consumer banking, wealth management, small business lending, and commercial lending he has been a “go to” resource for his clients. Through the capacity to provide sound solid advice from different solutions in the financial, banking, and insurance industries, he proves to be an impactful resource for all his clients.
